As the conversation around climate resilience, soil health, and sustainable food systems grows louder, regenerative agriculture has emerged as a transformative approach — one that goes beyond sustainability to actively restore ecosystems and revive the land we love.
At the forefront of this movement are authors who don’t just inform, but inspire: storytellers, scientists, and farmers who bring the principles of regeneration to life on the page. These authors dig deep and spark conversations that help fuel lasting change.

Regenerating Earth out June 24th, 2025
In his upcoming book Regenerating Earth: Farmers Working with Nature to Feed Our Future, published by Patagonia, Kelsey focuses on regenerative agriculture. He travels across the United States and around the world to meet farmers and activists who practice and advocate for sustainable and regenerative farming methods. His journey takes readers onto melting glaciers in Patagonia, into the Amazon, and down forgotten rivers. Kelsey protects a herd of cattle from lions alongside Maasai warriors in Kenya, witnesses how chocolate can save the rainforest in Brazil, and meets American farmers who have rejected the agrochemical industry in favor of approaches inspired by ancient and Indigenous practices.
Regenerating Earth shows readers how their daily lives, eating habits, and relationship with nature connect to issues of environmental and social justice. “Humans don’t have to be the destroyers of Earth,” Timmerman says, “in fact, our connection with nature is critical to Earth’s renewal.”
